It has been translated into Norwegian (2006), Italian (2007), French (translated by Anna RozenÉditions Alto (2007), German (2008), Dutch (translated by Caroline Teszler) (2009) and Spanish (2010).[citation needed] A 10th anniversary edition with added bonus material was released in April 2013. Kaufman is the author of several other books, including The Waterproof Bible (Random House Canada, 2010) and The Tiny Wife (Madras Press, 2010).
